GOAL STATEMENT #8:

Provide educational and promotional information to enhance the member’s understanding of MVRMA and field of risk management.

2011 OBJECTIVE STATEMENTS

1. Prepare an Annual Report.
2. Prepare a formal CAFR.
3. Conduct a Strategic Planning Retreat every three years.  The next retreat will be held in 2012.
4. Publish four (4) issues of Risky Business.
5. Make informational and awards presentations to member city councils as requested.
6. Schedule regional presentations of MVRMA's power point presentation as requested.
7. Executive Director will meet biennially with member CEOs.
