The 2025 Employment Law Legal Update

We invite you to join Jonathan J. Downes, Esq. from Zasin & Rich for the 2025 MVRMA Employment Law Legal Update. Employment law legal updates provide an opportunity for you to learn about recent developments in case law, as well as regulatory updates that are applicable to your community. They also provide an opportunity to ask questions about emerging legal issues that your city may be facing.

For the 2025 update, topics will focus on legal updates regarding FMLA and ADA, which includes Employer options concerning use of leaves, fitness for duty exams, and discipline.   Additionally, new employment law developments will be included.  Practical application of the standards is the focus of the presentation. Mr. Downes will also provide updates on other topics of interest as requested.  This is a good opportunity to ask questions.
